Happy Valentines Day! I had an incredibly full weekend in burlesque and celebrating the L-O-V-E I have for all things vintage, burlesque and my community here in Western NY. I performed for my first time ever in Oneonta NY. I live for bringing my art to small communities that maybe have never been exposed to performance art and burlesque.
After the show I was persuaded (no big persuasion) to hit up the midcentury jewel of this small town - “The Novelty.” This is a cell phone free environment with cheap beer and titty dancers. Those are some of my favorite things!
A sunny and frigid Saturday brought a full day of styling at the incredible Underground Attic boutique on Main St. I went thru the store and selected a few garments and styled them in my signature “Vintage Punk” look. There are so many well cared for vintage garments and accessories in this shop - truly a destination. Please check out my full style video below. Vintage collectors, this shop is it! There was even a full plume headdress from the 60’s - which if it was not spoken for, you know this girl would have bought it.
